Welcome to Our New Website
Now it’s easier than ever to find information and do business with Broward County Records, Taxes and Treasury. To complete an online activity, select from “What Do You Want To Do” on the left. To get information about next steps to complete an activity, either online or in person, select from “What Do You Want to Know” on the right. April 2 is Deadline for 2011 Real Estate and Tangible Property Taxes
Unpaid real estate and tangible property taxes become delinquent on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. To avoid the issuance of a tax certificate or a tax warrant, all payments must be made by April 2. Payments sent via mail must be postmarked no later than April 2 to be considered paid on time. Payments can be made in person at any Wells Fargo Bank branch in Broward County. Or, until April 2, you can view, print and pay your tax bill online. On March 30 and April 2, the Records, Taxes and Treasury Division will offer a drive-through payment station in the parking lot behind the Governmental County Annex Building. More…
